All content on the website — including design, text, graphics, logos, code and software — is the property of DemoHomex or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written consent, except where a digital product licence expressly permits it.
Prices are displayed on the website and in proposals. Unless stated otherwise, all amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before digital products are delivered and in line with the milestones or terms agreed for client services. We may update prices from time to time; the price in effect at the time of order applies to your order.
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the purposes described on the product page. Unless the product licence says otherwise, you may not resell, sub-licence or redistribute the product. Products are delivered electronically and are subject to our Refund Policy.
Client projects are governed by the specific proposal or agreement issued for that project. Scope, timelines, fees and payment milestones are set out there. Delivery and acceptance of deliverables, changes in scope, and the correction of errors are handled in line with the proposal and our Refund Policy.
We work hard to keep the website available and our products reliable, but the website and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemoHomex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website, our products or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold DemoHomex harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
